Two passionate hosts with a love for cooking and plenty of delicious ideas — that has always been the case. But in recent years, something special has been built around it: a dedicated cooking studio. And since visitors can learn a lot here, we decided to call it a cooking school, to be precise, MAIR'S COOKING SCHOOL. Every Spring and autum, cooking courses are offered for enthusiasts and beginners alike. The subjects range from traditional to contemporary dishes, from earthy to international cuisine. Above all, we pay attention to one thing: the quality and preparation of the ingredients. Chef Robert Mair shares his very own secret recipes and cooking tricks with his students. And the hostess and certified sommelier Sarah ensures it is all accompanied by the perfect wine. So the Tiroler Buam is going back to school again!

General
Our cooking classes take place in the evening from 5 .00 p.m. & last depending on the effort until 9. 00 p.m. or 10. 00 p.m.
In the cooking class, after a cozy get-to-know-us aperitif, the menu discussion & a small introduction to the world of wine with Sarah, an exclusive 3-4 course menu is prepared, depending on the difficulty of the dishes.
In addition, there are of course non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, wine & beer.
Each participant will receive a recipe folder to take home. The price for the cooking course is € 130,00 per person, the sushi cooking course costs € 90,00.
The minimum number of participants is 6 and a maximum of 12 people can take part in a course.
We reserve the right to cancel the date if there are not enough participants.
From 8 people, an exclusive cooking course can also be booked on a pre-arranged date & theme.
As a participant of a course a single room with breakfast can be booked additionally for € 80,00.
